  1. All Pinatex leather is imported from Ananas Anam Espana SL.
  2. Cactus leather is imported from Desserto Mexico.
  3. Tyvek is imported from USA.
  4. Washable kraft paper is imported from Germany and USA.
  5. Pineapple leather, apple leather are made in China.
  6. Full shipping documents are available.
❓ How to order samples?
  1. Send us your idea by artwork or picture or practical products.
  2. We will make a paper pattern according to your design. If you have any questions, we will communicate through official messaging channels or email.
  3. You can advise the materials you want. Or you may tell us your target price and market so that we can recommend suitable material.
  4. We will quote you the price and sample fee before sampling.
  5. If confirmed, we will begin making the sample. In the meantime, we will keep in touch with you; if you want to change something, please let us know.
  6. Samples will usually be finished within 7-10 days and delivered by DHL/FedEx or other express agents.
❓ How to place an order?
  1. Please let us know what kind of model, color, packing style, etc., you need; you may also send us your design.
  2. We make an invoice for you.
  3. Please check and confirm the Invoice.
  4. Once we confirmed the order, please pay a 30% deposit.
  5. After payment, we arrange mass production, and then send goods after receiving 70% balance.
  6. OEM/ODM is welcomed.
❓ How is the delivery handled?
We have our own forwarding agency, professional in the line of export.
  1. If the order quantity is not very large, we will send to you by express, like UPS, DHL, and FedEx, etc. A tracking number will be advised after delivery.
  2. If the quantity is large, we will advise you to ship by sea.
  3. The goods will be delivered as per clients' requirements.
