After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with all departments before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all details are under control.

1. 100% inspection for the cutting, main trims for the production (a pre-production sample same as the approval sample sent to you)
2. Morning meeting by the factory director each day
3. Q/A during the production for online quality control every day
4. Q/A for the finished products before packing
5. Final inspection while packing up all the goods. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC director will issue the inspection report and release for shipping
6. We strictly follow ISO AQL standards
