At FashionFren.com, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, natural calamities, or festivals.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

• Tracking number

• Courier partner details

• Link to track your shipment

You can also log in to your FashionFren.com account to track your order status.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the product may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Packaging

All items are carefully packed with quality materials to prevent damage in transit. If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it and notify us immediately at sales@fashionfren.com.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, FashionFren.com is not liable for delays caused by:

• Public holidays or natural disasters

• Lockdowns or government restrictions

• Courier partner issues beyond our control

We will, however, keep you informed and support you in tracking your shipment.
