For the products we have in stock, the MOQ is 10 pieces per type. For customization, the MOQ depends on the product craftsmanship. For simple craftsmanship, an MOQ of 50 pieces is accepted; for more complicated styling, the MOQ is 100 pieces per style.

Yes, we can produce based on your physical samples or technical drawings. For digital design files, we prefer formats saved in CorelDRAW (.cdr), Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai). High-resolution JPG and PDF files are also acceptable.

Tips: Always remember to convert text to outlines or curves, or provide the corresponding font files with your design file.

• Sample cost and Mold cost are to be prepaid prior to sampling.
• A 30% deposit is required before commencing mass production.
• The remaining balance is to be prepaid after inspection and before shipment.

• Sample Lead Time: 7 to 15 days upon receipt of your sample, artwork, and advanced payment.
• Production Lead Time: 30 to 50 days upon receipt of your approval of the pre-production sample and advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.
